Core Responsibilities:

• Lead technology planning and oversee the development of IT systems, software, critical applications and technology to support association’s goals.

• Lead BECBC IT team.

• Oversee the management and maintenance of the association’s website, Social Media platforms, relevant forms, Google Group, group email list and other IT platforms.

• Facilitate and preserve digital content for the website, Google Groups and on social media.

• Provide IT related support to online communication tools, email, Social Media Platforms and content management.

• In consultation with the EC, be responsible for protecting privacy, securing digital content and avoid data breach.

• Assist the Election Commission in preparing Nomination forms and online voting.

• Drive the implementation and development of best practices throughout the association, while governing control and ensuring objectives.

• Be accountable to the EC and general members.

 

Supporting Role:

• Support VC Membership in collection of membership fees by preparing forms and assisting in

• Assist other ECs with managing their digital content. Collaborate with other ECs in identifying needs and supporting their projects as well as furthering the goals of the association in leadership, service and representation through research and innovation.
